PositionOverview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Loan Servicing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle loan related reports, ensuring loan files, financials and other supporting documents are filed and imaged correctly. You will assist customers, lenders, and other departments with loan related questions and requests as well as service accounts, work ticklers, and provide back-up support on checkbacks to ensure Loan Operations run efficiently. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to support local businesses and stimulate economic growth in the communities we serve.
KeyResponsibilities:
· Monitor, Review & Take Action on Reports: Daily review of Director reports and monthly review of Lender Risk, permanent retention audit and UCC Lapse reports.
· Systems & Email Accounts: Monitor Loan Operations email, verification email and phone line as well as Abrigo email and individual email inbox. Reset users in Laser Pro, as needed.
· Process Requests: Commercial and consumer draw requests, payoff requests, collateral and partial releases.
· Administrative & Backup Support: Assist with requests from lenders, work insurance financial and collateral ticklers, scan loan documents, process participation payments, escrow account servicing and update rates. Process mail.
· Additional responsibilities may be assigned in alignment with the Bank’s mission, vision and core values.
Qualifications& Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum 1 - 2 years of banking experience with an understanding of loan documentation.
· Experience with Laser Pro, Abrigo, Fiserv Premier/Business Analytics, preferred.
· Must be able to carry out detailed written and oral directions, procedures, and be able to properly handle confidential materials and information.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Must be able to make accurate mathematical calculations.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel as needed for business purposes.
